§ 2-211. Fee for giving check or draft for payment of sums due city which is returned.

There shall be a fee of $30.00 chargeable to any person who shall utter, publish or pass any check or draft for the payment of city taxes or any other sums due the city which is subsequently returned for nonsufficient funds or because there is no account or because the account has been closed.
