§ 2-207. Warrants—Generally.

Latest version.

All payments by the city, except interest on the bonded debt, and except as provided in section 2-208, shall be made on the warrant of the treasurer, countersigned by the city manager, and no warrant shall be so given unless authorized by some ordinance or resolution of the council.
